Milligans Cafe & Store sits in a beautifully restored historic building on Chelmer Street, Oamaru - just along from the Oamaru Public Gardens.

Our friendly team serves great food, barista coffee, and Frosty Boy soft serve, with indoor and outdoor seating, a children's playground, and a customer car park.
Wherever we can, we use organic produce from local suppliers, and we adjust our menu to reflect seasonal changes while keeping the favourites people come back for.
The store stocks Milligans cheeses, Eclipse Dairy products, Granny Fayes batters and dressings, gourmet teas, and our own coffee beans. We also cater private functions by arrangement.
Koroneihana on Chelmer Street.
The building was built in 1910/11 by local aerated water and cordial producer F. Chase, for his son Frederick and daughter-in-law, Anne. Because the house was finished in the year of King George V's coronation, the family named it Koroneihana - the Maori word for coronation.
Many people, with many stories, lived in Koroneihana over the years - until Milligans Food Group purchased it in 2011 and restored it to its present state.
