Granny Fayes has been part of Milligans since 2004. It is the pantry brand — the batters, mixes, sauces, dressings, seasonings and breadcrumbs that sit behind a lot of New Zealand cooking without needing to be the hero.
The same products run in two directions: retail packs for home kitchens, and catering sizes such as the 10kg batter for commercial fryers.
The range gives the group a foothold in ambient grocery alongside its chilled and frozen products, and a dry blending capability that also serves contract manufacturing customers.
